Preliminary breeding results for the Yellow–legged Gull in Naples

Abstract

In Naples the Yellow-legged Gull has nested since 1990, but in recent years a large number of pairs have bred in the city centre. This three-year study compares pairs breeding in natural contexts with those in the city centre.
